How long is the home building process?
It really varies depending on a lot of factors- house size & complexity, time of year, applicable permits & approvals, tradesman schedules, etc. However, all our previous houses have been completed 5-10 months after building permit approval.
What is the process for building a home?
The process looks slightly different for each home & owner. We always start at the design phase and make sure we get an accurate quote for you, as well as lock down as many decisions as possible. The design stage is crucial, so we make sure we go through everything with you to minimize the surprises later! We will also give you a booklet explaining each step in the process, and what to expect of us (and what we will need from you!) so that you always know what is happening next.
